This is the steven leathers that lives lives just across from the mountain store and gas coming into the top of Franklin on the left. I was personally with him after his arrest on a meth charge when he stated to me that the local and state police offered him to wear a wire to build cases against many of those people he served sold meth too and he did such saving himself a lengthy prison stay in a west Virginia penitentiary..many of those people he helped in their conviction. He did not stop at that time in the summer of 2023 he has continued to help the prosecution of others since and today.
