"Witnessed two grant county PUD employees on a golf cart repeatedly not following the guidelines established by the WA government. These two employees are not related and riding in the same golf cart in the crescent bar area and not wearing a mask.Pictures are available.This is not allowed as they are not related. Further the wearing of a mask does not make it as acceptable as they are not for the same family." - Aaron
