Portland State University campus security guards James Dewey and Shawn McKenzie proved why arming rent a cops is a bad idea. They start acting like real cops and shooting innocent people.
The incident took place outside of the Cheerful Tortoise bar next to campus. The government of course never indicted either of them and the university is supposedly considering disarming their security guards but keep putting it off.
