"Kate's Day Spa is continuing to offer personal touch massage to all clients regardless of need. She treats many vulnerable clients and does not practice social distancing guidelines or proper cleaning techniques to create a place where infection is non transmissible. This poses a serious health risk to the community especially given she operates near a women's health clinic and HIV care center." - Angela
