"My Dad is 73 and has heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. His doctor at this clinic has said he needs to come in for an appointment today to discuss the findings of his heart monitor. My Dad requested a telemedicine appointment and was told he HAD to come in person. This is not an essential appointment and is potentially going to expose him to the virus. The clinic website says appointments are all being done via telemedicine but that is clearly not the case. The clinic is misleading the public and violating the emergency proclamation.
