"Our neighbor is doing construction on his home. He and a crew of two to three people have been working regularly on the residence and not observing stat at home stay healthy. They often work from early morning until well after dark. Clouds of construction debris often drift toward our property. Just the dust and debris in the air is already complicating my breathing. We are a household with multiple high risk individuals. We have tried to speak to this neighbor and he was dismissive, combative and aggressive. Please help." - Amy Davies
