I think he is the local cop that has been provided with federal authority because he is working on a federal task force. Officer Freeman gave Amy and James 500$ to buy a little red car from a guy named Seth Shonkwiler. Seth was later arrested for receiving stolen property on on 09-10-18. In Amy's case they were all indicted by a federal grand jury in August 2016 and pled guilty in summer of 2017. Guess when Jay Doolin was sentenced? March 26, 2017. #informantinfo ]]>
