Francisco Pacheco, also known as Cisco and CeCe. He was a male, but transforming into a female this last year. He is a straight up snitch. Paperwork is attached to prove it. He acts hard and gangster, but the second we got pulled over he told the cops EVERYTHING. He told them **** they didn't even ask or know. He benefited and did the crime, but put it on his friends. He was on parole with priors, but released the next day on his own recognizance for snitching. All his charges disappeared off the record as if they never happened. Cisco is a drug dealer, slangs guns and does fraud occasionally. He even admitted to ratting out in a message on Facebook.
