Randal Broome an officer at Lane County Jail and Springfield Jail, has an awful reputation for harming the mentally ill community, behind bars. With several excessive force cases, and EPD and SPD still not being accountable for his actions, after hiring him back. So tell me, are our community members safe in rehabilitation jailhouses. Is there conditions reasonable. Not with Randall Broome around. He should know how it feels to be treated the way he treats the mentally ill.
