The police report speaks for itself you can tell this is not his first time snitching on everybody involved before they even asked him twice he was dropping dimes and backing it up by showing drug deals on his phone. No wonder he's always out of jail. Shady snitch rat. BEWARE!!
On February 9, 202s, UCSO deputies were on patrol in Orem and observed a
vehicle fail to signal for 2 seconds before a lane change. Deputies stopped the
vehicle and contacted the occupants. The deputy observed a back
ackscat passenger
sitting directly behind the driver's seat who was identificd as Seth Gordon. The
deputy observed the compartment behind the driver was bulging with a bag
containing a whites
crystal-like substance. The substance later field test positrve
for methamphetamine, weighting approximately I ounce. Seth exited the Vehicle
and was given his Miranda rights. Seth was searched and officers found several
used syringes in his pocket and a bag with green residue in his wallet. Seth
stated the residue was marijuana. Seth was asked about the methamphetamine.

Seth stated the methamphetamine belonged to the front **** passenger, Ashley
Berriel and her boyfriend, Mason. Seth stated that someone in Provo asked
for drugs, so he contacted Ashley and Mason, and was told they had some. Seth
him
admitted he was selling the drug for Ashley and Mason and would receive
money for facilitating the sale. Seth showed the deputy text messages providing
an address where Ashely would pick him up. Ashley allowed the deputy look at
her text messages which showed Ashly agreeing and arranging to provide the
methamphetamine and would pick up Seth and take him to Provo to deliver the
methamphetamine. Both Seth and Ashely were arested and transported the Utah
County Jail. Ashley consented to give blood and urine. A urine test for Ashely
showed positive for
amphetamine, fentanyl, methamphetamine, ecstasy and
Ashly admitted to smoking meth and using heroin and fentanyl. Seth
plates,
consented to give blood and
Seth's urine tested positive for amphetamine,
ccstasy, methamphetamine and THC.
