Pete Frank Burruel aka Sleep is a confidential informant. He likes to attack women, harras women, sue women and beat women. He's done time but is not in Arizona Maricopa County Case Search nor is he in AZ's federal case search. He's been on probabtion gets caught with guns and violation of probabtion and gets a 15k bond. He got caught beating his baby mama when he has a restraining order and gets let go. He works with a another known informant that sells cocaine. At one point he wasnt an informant but he eventually turned into one for money and his safety. I believe whoever he is working for stopped paying him or using him as he's now desperate for money.
