A phone number traced to Jennifer Culkin of Bainbridge Island was given to the state as part of a complaint accusing Subaru of America of shipping the coronavirus from Portland, Oregon to the State of Washington. According to her this was allegedly a violation of the governor's stay at home order. The problem with this is that there is no order prohibiting businesses from shipping inventory across state lines. Shipping inventory is one of the few things encouraged right now because it is better to ship things than for people to purchase them in person.
The complaint sent on March 31, 2020 from "Kieran" listed the email address kieran650[at]msn.com and the phone number 2069547280. The message was as follows:
"Subaru of America refuses to halt shipments of new vehicles to dealers in WA state. All dealers sales departments have been closed under the Governors order. New vehicles shipments put employees at risk and potentially move the virus across state lines and risk new hot spots. Subaru appears to be speeding up these shipments to avoid restrictions."
