Janet Ostrander of Spokane, Washington used the Washington stay at home violation snitching form to report a business in Idaho called Copper Basin Construction on April 14, 2020. To her credit, her complaint at least alleges activity in the state of Washington unlike most of the idiot that used that state's form to report out of state businesses.
Her message was sent from jannieo13[at]comcast.net and she listed her phone number as 509-220-9905. Her email read as follows:
"This company is still sending contractors into Spokane Wa.. with a blatant disregard for the States mandate to shut down all non essential construction sites. there are several workers today standing side by side working on several projects. Why are they allowed to continue work, while the majority of sites have respected the states mandate.. construction going on at 27th and Havana Spokane Valley wa ."
She also reported Terra Underground, also an Idaho construction company on April 3rd. That email was as follows:
"This company has not complied with the shut down rules and continually have been brining in sub contractors, materials on a daily basis.. Sheriffs have been on site.. yet they still keep working.. there are five of them roofing as we speak, along with a semi that just came in with a load of bldg materials.."
