"There is a Honey Bucket Porta-Potty in the parking lot behind the Publix Building at 504 5th Ave in Seattle for a construction crew working on the roof of the modern Publix building. The lock is broken on it. It seems with Stay-at-Home orders still in place, King County requiring mask, the lack of public restrooms in the area and the population of individuals lacking proper housing in the area a construction crews should be able to and required to lock the Porta-Potty they have contracted.
