"Hello, I would like to report the following violations to the Governor's Proclamation which has been occurring since 4/23/20 at the Providence Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane. Chef and Senior Management have been cooking and serving elaborate meals **in the Cafeteria** (not in the kitchen), on propane cooktops in front of the customers during both breakfast and lunch hours. They are running a full-course menu which includes numerous toppings and also a variety of soups and hot cereals which are served hot. Most of the items served in the hot foods section are not prepackaged or covered. Management is enforcing this upon the food workers.Customers are waiting in long lines to order the meals and also at the register, and are not following the Social Distancing protocol. Thank you." - Anonymous
