"I think you need to clarify if Massage Therapy is considered an Essential business and explicitly define whether this business (and all massage therapy businesses) are essential or not. Given the close contact that occurs during a massage, and the fact that massage therapists are not medical professions, it seems this business creates an unnecessary risk to the pubic and should be classified as Non-Essential. The aforementioned complaint was filed by Colin in Seattle, Washington on Tuesday March 31, 2020 with DOH doh.information@doh.wa.gov against Elements Massage saying Non-essential business is open. Email address given was cveach@gmail.com and phone number given was 206.295.3292.
