"Asked them why they were building when others couldn't. Was told by Mark that L&I override the governor and as long as they had 4 workers and 1 supervisor could work. We know two man teams who do during on new home and were told no could not work. Materials are being delivered every three day. This is unfair to small construction worker who are staying at home. Have puctures." - Kitten Peters
