"On Friday the 27th at nearly 5 p.m. this company was working in the housing area called Poulsbo Place in the older part of Poulsbo. They are the regular landscape service for these houses. The workers had no masks or anything and were walking around the front and sides of houses. Many of these houses are owned by older citizens. The one worker was coughing, not covering his mouth at all." - Kim Rowe
