"Hello, I was under the impression that non-essential construction needed to be halted. A few dozen construction workers here have been there every week day, when I was under the impression your common apartment/condo building was non-essential. Them ceasing construction for now would reduce the daily flow of people to our neighborhood." - Andrew Percival
