1/1/2021 - I had a one week old newborn baby at home, I was told by hospital staff that if either of us had shown symptoms or were even possibly exposed to someone who had symptoms they would separate me and my newborn baby and put us under quarantine. My husbands work was deemed non-essential at that time and although the owner was home and safe, still made his employees work, my husband ran the risk of losing his job if he didnt go back to work. I took the only step I could to make sure I was not separated from my baby or our other children because his employer didnt care.
