This also holds true whether the car wash is serving the general public or select customers from essential sectors. We certainly appreciate that you sought guidance in order to comply with Proclamation 20-25. And we can verify that your decision to remain closed is consistent with our office’s reading of the Essential Critical Infrastructures List.
