(See details below)BOOKKEEPER DUTIES INCLUDE: Manage and process invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Processing credit card payments and reconciliation of credit cards Investigate any spending variances and make sure employees adhere to company spending policy. Generating financial and operational reports in HubSpot and Excel Maintain vendor information including w-9 and 1099 status.
