"I have asked the managers to please shut off or lock the roof deck at the top of the building. It is large, and is not essential. The main manager said she would look into it, but I still hear a lot of people up there In the day and especially late at night. It is a public health issue, and is in violation of the governor’s mandate. Please CLOSE THIS ROOF! There is no reason for it to be open or unlocked.
