"This gym continues to operate and have people inside working out in groups. I have been by the building around 12pm both yesterday 4/7 and today 4/8 at same time and have witnessed this. This is unfair to the community and to other members who pay for memberships but are not allowed to be inside per governors orders. I have two other witnesses as well if necessary.
