"Geocaching.com is allowing the publication of new caches in the Seattle area and cachers are rushing out to be the first to find them. One log example, #GC8NG4N shows a person driving from Federal Way to Bainbridge Island just to be the first to get a new cache. A lot of these caches are being placed and found in parks that are supposed to be closed. I know geocaching.com can’t dictate what people actually do, but by suspending new caches they can stop the people from rushing out to get the new ones." -

The aforementioned complaint was filed in Seattle, Washington on Sunday April 5, 2020 with No Agency against Geocaching.com saying Non-essential business is open. Email address given was and phone number given was .
