A friend of mine found this in his gf of 5 months wallet. It's an official police OSN number card. Her name is Maya Garcia and she lives in Lenexa, KS. They moved to Colorado and he found it shortly after that. She recently moved back to KS. Her address is known but won't post due to safety issues on my behalf. Be careful out there yall.
